Has anyone ever heard a Remus exhaust? Or does anyone know what they would sound like? I'm thinking about getting one but am not looking for the loud intrusiveness of my current muffler.

Any info would be much appreciated.

a quiet muffler makes a lil noise and i believe u probaly wont get any hp gains i heard them on a jetta and a 325 and i did see a universal one a lot of dough for the muffler my 2 cent not worth it

I've heard a Remus on a 89 SE before. Pretty quiet.. a little louder than stock though. My local shop charges $650 for a Remus muffler only. They are known for having the best mufflers for back-pressure. It is German engineered also.

I read an article on them. What I liked best about the articel wasz the comment on the noise level...
"...all the sound that normally comes into the cabin with an universal muffler, does not happen with the REMUS. The exhaust note is deeper and noticable, but the sound is exiting out the muffler not entering into the cabin. We call it the no drone performance muffler."
