how to refill a craftsman hydraulic jack?

anyone here using a craftsman SUV hydraulic jack? It gotten kinda soften recently and I don't have the manual anymore. How should I go about refilling the fluid? What are the steps involved? I think it's pretty simple but I have never done it before and all of the red caps on that jack said "don't remove". I can't seems to find where is the refill cap either. Any suggestions?

Jack the jack all the way up/out. Release the release and retract all the way down. Open the filler plug and you should get a little psssst, that should do the trick... But MAKE SURE you open the filler plug and NOT a CHECK VALVE - This will introduce air into your system!!!.

Most floor jack filler ports look like this (as viewed looking down on them from above):
