Where is the speed sensor on 91 max SE auto?

I need some help on replacing the speed sensor on my 91 SE with auto. I don't know where it is or how difficult it is to replace it.

Thanks for the info. Now how do I remove it? I took the one screw off that appears to hold it in place but it wouldn't come off.
