Clunk from Front Wheel

Alright, so when going over small bumps/ potholes, or any other kind of thing to cause the front end of the car to bounce a little. I hear a loud knocking from the front passenger side wheel well. It only clunks/knocks when the suspension isn't flat. I got in a small accident the other day, but I'm positive the accident that happened on that side is only cosmetic to the fender. What I'm thinking is, is when I hit the curb on my left (driver side) that may have did something.

I can look under the car/ above the tires and it almost looks like the drivers side spring is more "set in" and it looks like the passenger side spring might be hitting the top of the wheel well because it's not tucked behind correctly? Almost like hitting the curb shifted it all to the right or something...

Any insight would be much appreciated.

Hey, I didn't take pics cause it was dark, but I did anyway and it looks like I can still see it.

Drivers side (good/ no clunking)

Drivers side Again

Passenger side

Passenger side again

It's apparent to me (now) that the spring is hitting that plastic guard thing. When it gets light I'll see if the plastic guard moves or not. But if not, what would cause this to happen? Thanks...

Looks like the bent fender has pushed the plastic inner fender shroud into the spring..

Cut the section of plastic away...

Does the car still drive correctly? Does it track straight and not make noises or clunks turning? When you go over bumps does it deflect the same on both sides? It could be the fender liner bending in or it could be knocked out of alignment.

Well, it pulls to the right a tad, but that was after I got my tire put on. After the accident, and before the tire was put on it ran straight though. Suspension feels level and takes the road about the same on each side. But under left hand turns with slight turbulance I'll get the clunk. I just went ahead and cut away that plastic piece this morning before school and haven't had a problem since. I'm really hoping it was that simple because the clunk was LOUD.
