I'm sorry if this is a repost. When closing my sunroof, the roller goes just past the "top dead" spot where it is supposed to stop, and push the sunroof up into it's sealed position. I just looked at the FSM on how to adjust it but it's kind of confusing and making my head hurt. I can still get it where it needs to go manually and I have been for about a year. It's just kinda getting old and it's hard to see at night if it's in the right spot or not. Is there a quick explanation on how to adjust this? Thanks!

 

I had to shim mine in order to make it flush.

 

Well it's flush it just doesn't stop automaticly when it's in the flush position it goes slightly past it, if that makes sense.

 

then take a shim out maybe?
