Hi everyone,
It has been a while since I got another car.. Now I am trying to sell my maxima.
It is a 93 Maxima SE Blue color has 98K mile , Fully loaded leather (with CD player)
Engine pulls strong no transmission problems (Auto)

Now the bad
2 Rust spots (left and right back wheel well)
VTC sound bad
Body paint in OK condition.
A/C broke long ago.
Rear left window motor quit

I am looking for estimate... I am planning sell myself..No trade-in

Thanks

I am in Detroit. KBB, Edmonds give estimates for cars in good condition.
With the things I mentioned I don't think I can use that.

2 rust spots -looks like you need to take it to the dealer for the recall fix. info on this site.

everything else except the ac is an easy fix.

fender rust isn't covered by the recall.
use the fair condition to get an idea, most cars in this area fall into that category

whats a good price for a 92 max with all options and DOHC motor. Aztec Red with NO rust. Leather and all. Front end is wrecked though. Pretty much needs everything in front of the engine, but engine is unharmed. I listed it for 850obo. before the wreck it booked for 2500. How can i know if anyone writes back to my posts? email me if interested or has some good input on this. v8ford50powerjon@yahoo.com

Yeah, I agree, the window motor is easy to fix and should cost something like 50 bucks.

Question: How long ago was the recall for the fuel filler hose posted ? Are dealers still taking in older cars to fix the recall ?
