The 3rd gen maxima... turbo'd... just simply isn't a 9 second car no matter how you look at it. It's a nice riding, adequately powered (If you have the VE), decent handling sedan that comes at a reasonable price. But honestly, it really doesn't sound like you have any clue what you're getting yourself into. With $300 Dollars... You can do maybe one to two things performance wise, and it probably won't even knock a second off of your quarter mile time. The Maxima is a great car, but your ambitions are VERY far fetched and I think you should reconsider what you want to do with such a limited supply of money. I'm not trying to discourage people from trying or building new things, I just think it is a bit unrealistic. But to answer your question... again... those chips do absolutely nothing; and even if they did.. you wouldn't feel a difference at all. Waste of money.
