i was wondering is the antilock light supposed to be on when i drive??? is that a bad sign and wat does that do?

also my car gets the shakes at about when i reach 80km/hr but after this speed the shake goes away but when i go back to constant speed at about 80km/hr then it comes again!!! wat can be the problem? this means i always go under 80 and over 80 and in Australia alot of roads are 80 km/hr!

Don't worry about it man.

I got a 91 max, it's got 92k miles on it, and mine went on a little while ago (like within the last month).

The first thing you want to remember is that the entire ABS system could go offline, and your normal braking system will work just fine. Wanna know how I had my light fixed? Brought the car to the mechanic, he cleaned the sensors and bing, problem solved. Just dirty sensors. I'd expect that after driving the car for 10 years. Just get them cleaned. My mechanic didn't even charge me for it since i was getting my oil changed anyway. Good luck with yours.

Oh, and about your car shaking... Sux dude. Dunno at all. (Also, since i'm in the US, I have no idea what 80km/hr is.) But it sounds to me like a good excuse to go over that speed. "I swear officer, I need to break the speed limit otherwise my car shakes like mad!!"

Wow, your car makes a farting noise from the braking. I find that funny. (-:
