heater core

Do I HAVE TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE DASH TO CHANGE THE HEATER CORE?

Dash? Dude, at the very least you have to remove the dash. To make a long story short, you have to basicly remove everything. I had to even remove the long brace that runs along the length of the dash (ie.. what everthing bolts to)

We removed one w/o taking some of the stuff out but we had to yank it out.

I think replacing the heater core is everyone's dreaded day. Definatly mine. (knock on wood)
