Parts just falling off

So, I was ripping apart the max today (injector trouble) when I had the intake off I found a few interesting things.

1. In all the time I have had my max, i never even noticed until today a nice little sticker on the hood telling when the timing belt was replaced, so that was nice as I was planning on replacing it because I had no idea if it had been done or when.

2. With intake manifold off I see one of the exhaust nuts is missing.. seems it just fell off, is this normal? And yes, I will be going to the parts store and getting one to throw on there.

Next project is to clean IACV, replace TPS and that should about finish up my "replace everything" task I have recently undertaken.

As strange as it sounds, the stud is intact. It's just missing the nut on it.
