I was "sleepless in Seattle" (my tale of woe..)
Well, I just got back from my long-needed vacation to the West coast (Seattle, to be exact), and I had a blast!! I twisted my ankle the day I left, so I didn't get to go around as much as I would have liked to.
Anywayz, I was sitting at my friend's house chillin', when I get a call from my nephew back at my house. Apparently, he was sitting at some restaurant or another and this drunken fool (as he called him) decided to back up into the rear of my Max!! I wasn't really upset because my first consideration was that my nephew was ok. Heck, cars can be replaced.... people can't!
He told me that only the taillight was busted (ouch!) and no body damage (yay!!), which was only partially true. Once I stepped off the airplane, I looked at my car and stifled a scream. Yeah, the tail light WAS busted. But so was the center piece that goes on the trunk! Well, at least no body damage, but that one piece costs! And, from what I understand, it's kinda hard to find, too!!
And to add insult to injury, the guy didn't have any insurance AND North Dakota has this 'no-fault' accident thingie for what they call 'minor fender-benders', so my insurance won't pay for it, either!
Oh well..... I needed a summer project, anyway!! (anyone know where I can get that center piece for cheap??)

Or....take advantage of the situation and see if you can come up with some unique and interesting way to mod that piece up instead of just getting another one of the same!
