Ok I'm puttin a Clifford Avant Guard 4 into my vehicle, I have everything figured out except for the remote start. I did a search but couldn't come up with anything. My alarm comes with a pulse out to disarm a factory alarm before remote starting, and then another pulse to arm the factory alarm after remote starting. I was wondering if I needed to connect these wires? Will my vehicle still remote start if I don't hook up the disarm/arm wires, and the factory alarm is still armed, is what i'm asking. Thanks for any help.

I'm pretty sure there is a built in starter kill in the factory alarm so if that is the case, the car wouldn't be able to start if the alarm was still armed.
If you have the wires, I'd go ahead and hook them up; it's only two more wires to do.
the alarm module should be to the left of the steering column just behind the lower dash
