It seems that my car these days is asking to be stolen. This has happened several times in the past week:

I lock the car by pressing the "9" touch pad key, doors lock, I walk away.

I come back later to find the doors have unlocked themselves. Sometimes opening the door will cause the alarm to sound, sometimes not.

I have also had it simply "reject" my locking attempt. I press the "9" key, the doors lock and about a second later they unlock again. The only way I can get it to stop this cycle is to insert the key and lock / unlock with the key, and then I can press "9" to lock the other doors again. Once I get them locked using this method it STILL might unlock itself while I'm gone...

I'm getting a bit ****ed at it, although I do have comprehensive on the thing so I guess it wouldn't be THAT bad :-)

check your door lock timer.. they seem to be the culprit of many weird things like that. mine never unlocked itself though.
