geez man...
Why would you do this? If you get lucky you wont suck up a bunch dust and dirt.

Whatever.

I'm betting...
you can't. It's too bad you HAVE to drive like this for a week.

how long...
If you absolutely have to do this for a week, you need to take a measure and cover your MAF. Use some panty hose or something so that no pediments come in and hurt you very expensive MAF.

Why would you need to drive around like this for a week anyway?

Uhhh, you'll need a new engine!
You'd be amazed at how much dirt will get into (!) the engine and even more amazed at what it takes to screw it up (a speck of sand)! Then you'll be floored when you see the repair bill! Advise to you- don't do it! Park the car or put the air box back on it. :-)
