lol...Sorry about that. I was experiencing some internet problems and I thought my message got submitted.

I bought my car about a month ago with some crappy, damaged tires. So, I was scared to go faster than 80 mph. Just yesterday, I bought some H-rated tires and took my car up to 110. It was so smooth. My car was still in 3rd gear with plently left to go. I was a little surprised. This is my first decent car and I am VERY glad I picked a Maxima.

 

Heh, wait till you get it up to 140 and scare yourself cuz you know it can go faster....

 

My speedometer only goes to 125.

The VE 5sp tops out at about 150 with some basic mods/tuning.... I know, I've been there before. Of course, thats child's play now for my car.

 

czar, are you now running a turbo!!!!! if you are welcome to the boost club. there's a place that i'm talking to about modding a SC from a 4th gen to fit my max. anyway, yeah VE's rule. Cast iron can run more boost!!!!! oh, H rated tires. . . . i dunno man, i have W rated (168mph). hehehehehe

 

Like James said wait until you are going 141mph and hit a small dip on the freeway with stock suspension and fly into the next lane...Scary!
