Need everyones input!

I have a 91 se im sure you all know... I love my max to death and i want to fix it up. I am getting 1400.00 friday to spend on my max and i cant decide what i want to spend it on. I have no engine mods, and all i need on the outside is a body kit and a new paint job soon. I can get the kit and it painted with some grpahics for this price but i was wondering if you guys have any other bright ideas? any input is appreciated....

thanx DNAS

I've never been a fan of flashy cars with nothing to back it up. Hell, my jeep is Krylon Banner Red.

If it were me, I'd put the money in engine and suspension mods, in that order.

I would go with the engine and suspension too. Engine first of course. The body kit and paint can always wait until your next cash flow comes in.

i was wondering if anyone can tell me the chaepest prices around for engine mods and some ideas of things to check for my engine. i have decided to get my engine and suspension and brakes done with the 1400.00. so can you guys give me some prices? i want ibach and tokico for lowering, and i figure warpspeed is the best for CAI and Y pipe. I might even do my exhaust. i have a ractive muffler but i might go all out. i dont know please give more input.

Body Kit

Dont even worry about a body kit man, you can make the car look its best in my opinion by just dropping it and putting some 18's on it, thats what I want to do with mine. Look on Ebay for "Maxima" I could spend a quick 1400, on there.

Maybe it's just the bulbs. At least that's what it sounds like. Have U thought about the Budget Y-pipe? I think it's about $200 shipped. Other mods I'm not sure about, because I'm in the same boat as U are. Except I won't have money coming in, you lucky dawg, you!!

Don't go with stillen their prices are way too high. Warp Speed Performance makes a very good exhaust and cold air intake package, and it's not priced that bad either. I've heard that a underdrive pully is a good investment, but if you can't put it on yourself that will eat up a good amount of cash for labor.

What are you looking for in springs? Good looks or good handling? Eibach makes the stiffest springs for the maxima, with Tokico or Koni struts would be good.
