Fluid from exhaust. Please Help

I am getting fluid coming out of my muffler. Also, I am getting a little back pressure when I accelerate. Any ideas?

What sort of fluid. Car exhausts will sometimes get a built up of moisture from short runs when the exhaust doesn't get hot enough to completely vapourise the exhaust gases.
