headlight wiring help

how would i go about wiring my corners so they are bright with the headlights (low and hi beams) and dim with the parking lights? i was thinking splice the power to the headlights into the corner along with the stock power wire for it then cutting the turn signal lead to the corner power wire so it will stay on dim when the headlight wire isnt supplying power. will this work? what color is the power wire for the headlights?
thanks

I'll draw up a little diagram when I get home. Shouldn't be too hard.

i was just out there, i'd like to return the wiring to stock and cut the wires somewhere else so the wiring at the corner is stock (except for the foglight lead, but tahts ok). i was thinking, i would look under the relay for the corner lights and find the lead that goes to the turn signals, cut that and attach it to the headlight relay. i just need to know where the headlight relay is (i've probably overlooked it several times as i wasnt looking for it) and which wires to cut at the corner relay and which to splice to at the headlight relay.

too late, I just drew this up
this way is really easy and just requires adding one wire and cutting another
check it out, if you want ot do it your way, I could look into it, but later because I'm eating dinner right now

well, that looks really easy. i suppose i can do it that way. the only thing i'm wondering is, how would the dim filament turn on with the headlights off?

the "dim" filament is controlled by the red/yellow wire going into each corner so I'm not even changing that

the only thing I did was make the bright filament come on with headlights

I supposed teh right way to do it would be with a little more complicated wiring and/or a relay but this way should be fine too

if you want, I'll explain the other way for you, but it'll have to be tomorrow because I dont have much time now
