Weeping oil

I'm thinking you just need to replace your valve cover gaskets. Eventually they all leak...it's a given for a 100,000+ mileage engine.

Indeed, I'm gonna have to say Valve Cover gaskets as well UNLESS you got pics to better help with your description. If you suspect its a PCV valve then why dont you go to the parts store and pick one up, its only $4.99 and it takes 5 minutes to change. 30 if you have crappy tools like I did my first time and use pliers lol

If it is indeed leaking around the dipstick, and not just dripping there from the valve covers, then I would go with the PCV valve, or the hose connected to it. If that is the case, you will probably need to replace the valve cover gaskets as well anyway, because the same positive pressure that will push oil out the dipstick will push oil out the valve covers, and compromise their seal.
