new lca's
ok let me first start of by saying, BUY THE WHOLE ARM WITH THE BUSHINGS IN THEM. or you can spend 4 hours of cursing and hurting to get them in. While i was putting the passenger lca in i stripped the mounting bracket hole. eww. so after tapping it and over and over trying to get it to line up i finally got it. i get the drivers side arm off and to my surprise the metal sleeve is still on the bolt. well only god knows what someone did to get this stuck on there. i tried heating it up, prying with a pipe wrench and various other rigged wrenches, tried cutting it off with a dremal. NOTHING WOULD GET IT OFF. My dad said maybe it was epoxyd. NO. epoxy has to give at some point. i had to cut this thing off in little squares then use a chisel to finish it. anyways
to replace tie rod ends. i got the passengers off and replaced but the drivers side wont budge. i tried using 2 wrenches but the tie rod just slips to much. how do i get this tie rod off?

damn dood. put down the tools and take your car to a qualified mechanic. you're ******* up more than you're fixing.
..... if you insist on doing the work yourself, PLEASE invest in a shop manual and read it before trying to change something else on the car.

Ah yes, same thing happened to me. Best thing to do is get a torch from parts store for like 15-20 bucks, heat it up for like 3-5 minutes and give it another shot. If that doesnt help then heat it up and use vice grips, they are heavenly. Oh and make sure you're turning the right way cuz somethings it looks like its the right way but in reality you're tightening. Good luck
