Fuel Injector - Buy from Nissan or Aftermarket?
OK let me know what you find. I'm going to check the dollar store first to find some makeup kit, and try and remove the mirror from that.
For ten bucks I found a Proto Inspection Mirror PN# 2370, it's the same as the dental one and telescopic.

I have not had any luck yet in determining what dot color it is. I tried using some tinfoil, which did fit, but it was reflective and clear enough to make any determinations. You actually have a really good idea with a dental type mirror but I'm not sure where you could get one of those for cheap ?
Jury is still out on that for now.
If I find something out I'll post it up here!

I think that the issue here is that the ECM had the ability to adjust fuel flow, but only to the whole engine, not to one individual cylinder. If the O2 sensor reads rich (as it would if you replaced your injectors with a set that had a higher flow rate) the ECM can send shorter pulses to the injectors. However, if you replace just SOME of your injectors with higher flowing units, then the ECM will have a problem. If the O2 reports a rich condition, the ECM will shorten the pulse, but that will mean less fuel to EVERY cylinder, including those cylinders that are still using the OEM injectors, so those cylinders will run lean.
I suspect that if you use an entire matching set of injectors, it won't matter much if they are OEM, or if they have a higher flow rate, as long as all six of them are the same. Mixing and matching may cause some problems though.

You should have mentioned that earlier
Alrighty. I forgot the camera on the way back from lunch so I improvised and used my camera's phone. Phone is a Blackjack so pictures turned out alright but I wish I had my camera with it's flash and macro setting
As promised here are pictures of one of the two redtop injectors installed in my VG. I've had the car for over a year and I haven't had any problems with idle or rich/lean conditions. The pictures make it obvious that it's a VG engine (not that I was confused, but for the sake of argument):

Look at the bottom left hand corner of the picture where cylinder 3 is located:
