The reason I ask this is because a person I met up at school thinks that my car is "riced out". I just think that he is jealous (not to brag here!) Opinions?

Ricey means that you are a person that focuses more on looks rather than performance. They are referred to as "rice-boys". Not racial meaningness whatsoever.
The reason that I asked that question (over a month and a half ago) was because a guy at my school told me that my car was "ricey" and I wanted to check with the people here. Take my word for it, I focus a lot more on performace before I ever focus on looks (it some of both though).
