Dropped Car Won't Move. Transmission?! HELP

Need some help on this one guys.

Installed new dropzone springs on the car, followed the Haynes manual instructions, very very simple with the right tools. Took the car off the jackstands, started her up and put her in reverse to back out of the driveway, (VG Auto), grinding noise, then just smooth idle and not going anywhere, gave it a little gas and went no where. Went to put it back in P and grinding noise from tranny/engine bay w/ some shaking. Shut her off and now i'm here. Like I said i even followed the haynes on this one and i can't figure out what i managed to screw up. HELP!

Remove the wheels, then go back over your work area thoroughly.(READ..THIS PROBLEM IS MOST LIKELY YOUR ERROR) spin each wheel off the ground freehand before removing them, this may pinpoint the source of the binding.

Did you pop a CV axle out of one of the hubs when you were removing the strut? Kind of far fetched but it may be worth checking.

Alright i'll jack her up and spin the wheels. The haynes didn't mention anything about The CV axle popping out, But i'll def. check that, i have a feeling that'swhat it is. What exactly should i look for At the Joint?? (I didn't let it bend at any strange angles when taking strut out, it flopped forward maybe 3-4 inches and rested on the control arm, wasn't really in the way at all)

93 GXE First car - psl do correct - 93 GXE First Car

(C-rule: when rear has independent suspension, Capital C has to be implemented to distinguish it from a cart)

The next thing you can do is stop shopping for mods on fleabay.
flip flop trunks and ricer springs generally aren't accepted around here- you'd be more at home on a honda forum 4 years ago with those mods.

poke around here and see what other people are doing and use that for inspiration.
