The ***** have it. A worn check ball was locking me out of 1st & 2nd. The new part will be in tomorrow morning and I should have the car back after work tomorrow afternoon... all of it - parts, labor & the 40 mile tow - free of charge.

Kinda makes me wonder if it wasn't installer error to begin with, but I'm sure as h3ll not going to argue at this point.
