89 vg 5sp vs 2000 eclipse v6 5spd

Today on my way back to my shop, I noticed a black eclipse pulling on me. Unfornately I was minding my buisness when flew up next to me and revved his engine, so I gave him a nod and pointed we'll go when we get out in front of the traffic. as soon as we got clear of the traffic. I pulled up next to him and gave him the go ahead and we took off at about 55 mph. He tryed to pull off from me but I downed shifted to 3rd and pulled from him till I hit 95 he was about 2 car lengths behind me I then slowed down to let him catch up as soon as he went to past I pulled away again till I saw a state trooper on the other side of the highway. He followed me to my shop and found out I'm opening a performance shop w/ my buddy on Dec 1! We talked shop,
he had just bought the car 3 months ago he has a iceman cai, greddy exhaust and centerforce clutch! Just to show u guys Vg's are no joke!

OK Bro,

Since I can't see your signature, what mods do you have? I'd love to believe that you were toying with this guy with a stock VG, but I'd have to hear that from you. (I've got a 5sp VG too, but mine's practically stockboy material right now). Of course I'm looking to mod my VG to some degree, so I'm curious to know whatcha runnin' wit.

DAAAAUUUMMMMMNNN!!!! That's a nice shot of the engine bay, bro! What kind of spark plug wires are those? I've been looking for red wires!

BTW - I believe that your 'newbie' badge needs to be revoked - you shure ain't no newbie with mods like those! That's what I want my engine to look like when it grows up

someday my engine bay will look that clean! probably blue, but damn that looks good! and yeah, you do need to decide what color you're going to paint it. i went with black about a week ago actually, but it's always nice to see something unique. i thought manuals only came in se and i thought your pic lookd like a gxe. i'm confused but whatever. nice ride.

Apparently you cant tell the difference between an SE or a GXE!
ASE has black trim around the windows an an se has Chrome trim, hint mine has black dont let my car fool you. I took off the factory spoiler to fill the holes so I can mount an aluminum wing on. As far as the nitrous, I don't really know how my shop is going to do this,
as of now we are looking at the dry manifold system. I also have talked to a tech at jim wolf technologies and when i give them the list of mods he will tune my ecu for the mods I have on board.

How far are you from Savannah GA? If not that far, I would would stop by your shop when it opens. Are you going to do custom work there or just basic bolt ons? I can't find anyone in Savannah that will bend pipe... at a decent price.

At the present moment we will not be able to do major mods due to we won't have the tools are space. We are on a tight budget of about $15,000 so we will have to special order many parts for our customers.
A buddy of mine and myself saw there weren't any major performance shops nearbyso we took the hint no competition what do we have to lose but our $7500.00 investment. But come on up just email me our give me a call first, were are hoping to open up by december 22 and no later than the middle of jan 02!
