motor mount bushing

motor mount bushing

Im changing the drivers side by the fire panel motor mount and it didnt come with bushings for the screw in the middle the holds the mount, 1994 maxima SE DOHC engine, it seems the bushing in the rear of the mount support is 10-7, can somebody understand what im talking abt. i need to know if it comes in a kit. HELP please.

since when do motor mounts have bushings? the metal sleeve in the middle of the mount is machined to fit snugly around the center bolt that goes through it. No bushing required. Perhaps the bolt you are using is the wrong diameter or something and was *adapted* by a previous owner with some sort of off-the-shelf bushing. Can you take some pics of what you think is your concern?

yes that one, its auto trany, theres like a bushing or washer that goes just before you put the lock nuts on either side the one in the rear its torn and has play in it

you mean those rubber things? they are known to the state of California to serve no useful purpose. if not... do you see what you're talking about in the pic?
