Star shaped screws behind the dash??

What do you use to remove those star shaped screws behind the dash, and center console?? I am going to replace my heater core soon, as the summer months are comming to an end.

You don't need to remove any of the airbag stuff (which is the only thing with any star shaped bits) to access or remove the heater core or to simply remove the dash for that matter
