So whats this car worth?

If i'm asking too much, i'd like to know. I'm not trying to sell this car in this post. I'm just wondering how much i should expect to get out of a car like this. I thought i was asking a low amount for what KBB says i should ask.

Good starting point, KBB way over values these cars. I wouldn't give you more than 1200 for it probably.

I think what your asking is reasonable, but I would probably go through Craigslist.

Not many people on this site would want to drive a long ways for a car worth a couple grand, unless it was really special.

I have been seeing a decent amount of VE 5-speeds pop up on my local CL and they range anywhere from $1k to $3k.

Yeah i did. I got alot of initial interest when i first posted but it fell off from there. I'm just going to keep at it, its probably just the wrong time of year to try and sell a "sporty" car. However if i can't sell it my last resort will be a "for parts only" auction, but i doubt i'll have to resort to that.

Heck i had the same color and car you had, cliff, and i had interest in it while i was washing it.

Too bad you are so far away. I'd buy it as a clone.
