I purchased two 4DSC decals from Courtesy and want to apply them to my rear vent windows.

After affixing the decals, can tint be applied over the decals?

Or should I apply the tint and then the decals?

 

No. Apply the tint first, then after 2 weeks you can apply stickers. When I got my tint done they had to take the 4DSC off.

 

You can stick them on the glass under the tint.. just be sure to tell the shop that you don't want them removed. they'll have no problem tinting over it- they'll just have to be a little more careful with the application and squeegie it down a lot better.. you'll probably also have to rub it down with a soft cloth once a day the first week or so until all the glue dries underneath the tint..

I've seen places tint over big vinyl graphics and still come out fine, so a small thin sticker shouldn't be a problem.

 

Awesome! Just what I wanted to hear, since my Canadian SE doesn't have the 4DSC stickers I was going to order some from Courtesy before getting tints in the spring.

 

my 4DSC stickers look sweet under my tint. i have a 10% tini w/ the stickers under it. you will love the way it turns out man!!
