Well for years I've read the threads about running Brighter bulbs in the 3rd and 4th gen Maxima's and melting harness/plugs. I ran 130/90w H4 bulbs for at least 5-6yrs in my Nissan HB p'up and never had a problem with anything....Well about a week ago I noticed my bright light indicator was illuminated and my driver headlight was out and I played around with this for about 2 or 3 days til I noticed the bulb connector was hot and melted. So I found some Heavy duty, hi-temp, 9004/9007 connectors which incorporate larger guage wiring at Pep boys.
