Not the rubberized edges but the small rubber "lip" that is oriented vertically and keeps water from sneaking under the glass via surface tension? I know I'm gonna have to take the glass out but where do I find replace the stripping?

Thats sounds like something only Courtesy would have. I had to replace the window runner on my rear passenger window and could only get it from Courtesy. Its sounds so specific that no after market company is going to have that.

Good idea thanks.

I had a look but they only seem to sell the whole glass assembly in one piece for almost $400. I might just have to pull it and take it apart and figure out how to re-create it.
