What is a good FUEL FILTER to get?

time to replace mine. Some options are:

Nissan: $17
Fram: $16
AutoZone: $10
Purolator (from Advance): $10
Beck/Arnley (from Advance): $16

Which should I get? any other suggestions? Thanks...

I would probably just get the one from the stealership. I buy most of my parts from NAPA, though. I think the last one I bought was a NAPA gold for like $15ish.

I've always had good luck with the Purolater filters made for a Z32. Not sure how much the size makes a difference, but bigger looks faster

I bought one a year ago from the dealership and it said some weird brand name on it that I don't remember ATM. So basically, even the Nissan ones are made by a 3rd party.

I'm an OEM type of person so I will say stick to original parts.

Purolator will work fine- they are all mass produced and are used in most 4 cylinder/6 cylinder Nissan applications. Seriously Doubt the OE one is any different or holds any special trait above the Purolator. A $5 filter is marked up to $15 at a dealership- so any type of filter with special media or enhanced design technique will most likely be MUCH more expensive at the dealer, and probably only available if sought out from a performance aftermarket brand.

Fram is just cheap and looks cheap 2 have anything from under your hood, I've used Fram on other auto's and never had a problem w/any of there filters. I like the Z32 fuel filter and it looks nice in engine compartment.

Never used it, but my friend got a fram oil filter for free from autozone after buying oil, and when we saw it, we knew right away its not something we wanna install. It looks like its made from recycled materials.

Great I just picked up one from pep boys. It is much larger than the stock one I have in there now. Going to install it today. It was like $13 from pep boys. And it is the same filter for both engines.

been on and off. most of the 4dsc.com OG's have moved on. I still have her but she only gets driven maybe once a week. Spend most of my time on 2 wheels commuting these days.

I'll take some pics of her this weekend for old time sakes.

I dont think it really matters...a fuel filter is a fuel filter. I get cheap stuff from O'Reilly auto parts.
