Check Out This Clean 93' SE With a VE

I found this at the shop where I sometimes get my tires plugged on my work car when I don't have the time to plug up myself. In person she looked really clean inside, outside and the under carriage. As you can see the engine/engine bay is clean/tight, the odometer has 68,302 miles on her. There asking 2,700 and for the condition plus very low mileage for a 3rdgen Maxima it's more than worth 2,700 for a Nissan Maxima Lover. If I didn't Love my baby so much I would be willing to make them an offer for her. I thought all you 3rdgen owners would appreciate this sweet 93' VE/SE shell, enjoy.

Nice I recently saw one with 298K miles 5-speed with some nice 16 in wheels on it. I think they were asking around $2500 for it.

I really like the condition of this 3rd gen, now my VG is very clean but this VE is even cleaner. I mean did you see unda that hood, real nice for a 17 year old Max. The driver's seat of course has a little bit of beggining leather cracking but even the trunk was immaculate. I never liked the SE wheels in comparison to the wheels that are on my Max but whose keeping it factory, mine are coming off after I'm done with everything else. I would have to sell an auto if I wanted to get this Max, I have three auto's already and can't afford another or I would just copp this Bytch!! I'm not selling my Volvo and my 93 Sentra is my work car, so it would have to be my Bytch for another Max. I'm just so fuuckin' attached to my Bytch, VG or not I'm well invested in my GXE. Believe me when I say that I've been thinkin' bout trying to make this thing happen but just haven't come up with reasonable solution. Yeah 68,000 on the odometer and it shows that it was well kept. I'm gonna talk to them since I kinda know them from tire repairs and they already know I use to work for an automotive repair shop so they can't try and play some ghetto mind trick shyt with me. I could offer 1,500 for now and get denied but let them know I'm interested in doing so and just wait it out to see. The area it's in won't attract any buyers for a 3rdgen Max and people won't pay that kind of money for an old Max, even if it has low mileage. Yeah I'm most likely out of luck on this sweet 3rdgen with a little extra HP off the bat

I know my last post was Mega long but I just have to say that your Black Max reminds me so much of my 1984 Black Mustang Cobra, it was like some one added two back seat doors and called it a day. I think that's why I like this gen Max so much, I reall y don't like 4th/5th gens unless they have been kitt'ed out with some serious footwear to boot. The 6thgen's are just sick and if you trick them out, Forget About It!!

Dang, 68k miles? That is as low as I have seen in a long time.

I doubt if there are more than a handful of 3rd gens in the whole country with under 100k.

The shop is in L.I.N.Y. in a town called Riverhead, it's a central Suffolk County Town, I think it's called "Best Auto". When I go past it again I'll make sure to note the name to make sure but I think that's it. I would mos def like to see somebody on here get her if I really can't.

Cool, I live right by Smithtown so it isn't too far to go. Especially for a max that clean!

The name of the shop is called "Best Price Auto" on Riverliegh Ave., Riverhead, N.Y. 11901. Hope to see it on the org as your ride my dude, I just can't see myself ditching my baby for another, especially since mine only has a buck and some change on the odo. and much invested.

Yeah I hear yah, all it will take is a 3rdgen Maxima enthusiasts or just somebody looking for a good used car to look into her and she'll be gone. I'll keep an eye on it for you, I pass it to go to work or can pass it on the way to work.

Dang, that is a sweet ride. Never owned a 3rd gen, had a 2nd gen and a 4th gen, loved them both. Wish I had the money and didn't live so far away.

It would be interesting to see if anybody on here is actually gonna buy it or just talk about it. Personally $2700 for a 3rd gen is a turn off for me and I love em believe me. I see 5th gen going for that, which means better support at better prices. You could get a 4th gen and buy a VQ35de to put in it for that kind of money. And yes a VQ35de will stampede a VE30de anyday everyday. I own both in excellent working condition.

I'll take it for 2000, which I could probably get if it's still there in 2 weeks.

God bless you son, I'm about to buy a VE30de and build it. I'm shopping all Winter and the work begins in Spring. People keep trying to buy my baby, but I'm not selling.

Yeah, I would pay 2 grand for it. It's a more than fair price considering the mileage and condition. Of course, I'd prefer to pick up $200 VE's like I did with my blue one and rebuild it myself

Now, that $6k GXE on eBay, as mint as that is, it's still not a fair/justifiable price

Hell I paid $250 for mine and rebuilt it. Went to the jy today and came across a VE 5spd. (very rare in jy here).

Yes of course, but I don't really have the financial ability to take on a car that will have any significant downtime. (I don't want to hear anything about the reliability of a 20 year old car...)
