Wheel Bearings...?

*Bearings*- typo...
Well I got my OEM wheels back on the car now and when I get up to about 50-75mph on 195/60/15s $313 brand new tires... the front passenger side has my car shaking really bad but its only when the car is going str8 or the wheel is turned to the left... when I turn to the right its all good... not sure what the problem is...

sounds like it could be a bearing. could also be a tie rod, or a ball joint, or bushings.
jack the car up, give the wheel a wiggle.

i'm going to vote for control arm bushing. not a terrible job just make a bushing removal tool or use map gas, hacksaw and some patience both work.

what they said. groaning/growling noises + vibrations are usually wheel bearings. just vibrations are usually bushings or joints.

The OEM size tire should be 205/65. You got some small tires.

But also, since they're new tires, balance issue?

You sure it was someone else, or did you just forget to tighten the lugs on that one wheel? It's okay... we've all done it before.
I even had to replace the fender on my S14 cause I lost a wheel. fortunately I was only a block from the house and was able to fix it in 15 min- other than replacing the fender.

I've got to do better, I always think the worst with these cars and honestly they're not that bad once things are fixed.

Was that a test???? My reply b4 reading your find was to jack the b1tch up and inspect everything for tightness and security.....that's pretty bad when you had to make a thread for some loose nuts......
