Need to educate myself

I need to educate myself on VE, VG etc.. type engines. I have a '91 SE 5 speed and am not even sure what type it is. I will look under the hood tomorrow and see if I can figure it out. Does anyone know where I can educate myself on the different engine types?

go to my page in the how-to section for comparisons, then go to Bryan91SE's page (in the Max FAQs important post at the top of the forum), then go to Matt93SE's page, then go to Kalebs
then search a little here

between all those resources, you will be plenty educated

btw, you have a VG30E with 160HP, 182ft/lbs

Thanks for the resources. I looked for some numbers under the hood tonight and sure enough, I have a VG30E.
