Bad breaks?

I was doing about 105 in the Grand Central messing around with this guy in a Jetta. As I was switching lanes the car in front of me moved over also. I hit my breaks and it felt as though my rear breaks locked briefly and the front of my car dipped. After that I tested my car has as far as making hard turns quickly and it feels as though the car is going to flip. I have the Eibach pro springs combined with the KYB struts as well as 18 ' inch rims. Any suggestions has far as improving these matters?

FSTB and suspension techniques sway bars will help a lot.
