Hello I have a 1994 Nissan Maxima Gxe with roughly 130k miles. I just tested my injectors only to find out that they have extremely low resistance. Roughly 0.6ohms-2.2ohms. I know they are bad because they should read around 10-14oms, atleast from what I read. My question is can I use resistors to get the injectors back to the proper resistance? I'm currently low on money and $120/injector is way beyond my budget. I plan to replace them eventually, but would this work for the time being to get me through?

You are testing the injector right? If you ohm the injector and not in spec nothing you can do but replace. Resistors can be wired in harness to allow you run low impedance injectors but thats whole different think. Best bet go to local yard try find some that ohm good.

Those injectors go bad alot because they are side feed

Low ohm readings on injectors is because the solenoid coil that opens and closes the injector is failing. There's no fix but to replace them. Adding resistors will not help anything, and will throw off the ECU computer controlling them. Your Maxima might not run at all.

If you're short on money, check Rock Auto at www.rockauto.com. They sometimes have closeouts on new injectors that can be a great deal. They've currently got a new Bosch 62005 injector for $44.79 on closeout for my 1990 SE, but I'm not sure it's the same injector as your 1994 GXE - you'll have to check their compatibility charts.
