My 94 GXE

Hey new to the forum. This is my 1994 GXE. Picked it up in 2011 all stock. It had 72k on the odometer. Now it has around 94k. I picked this car up to be a clean daily driver on hydraulics but ended up going crazy with the suspension...haha. At the moment, the car is at my friends shop and he is making it sit lower and finishing the fab on the suspension. The rear suspension consists of coil over hydraulics with custom swing arms. The front has custom lowers and radius bars. The ride is dampened in the front with nitrogen filled accumulators. Should be getting it back real soon...and sharing some more pics!

Looks like your friend has a pretty keen talent. Nice welds, very nice fab work. Great job! Pretty unique job on a 3rd gen. I've seen some pretty neat mods on the 3rd gens but that's pretty interesting and im sure very costly but probably helps having a friend with that kind of talent helping you out. Pretty clean 3rd gen. Nice work! Be sure to keep us posted with more pics. and info

Yes he is very talented! I also have an 87 Hardbody that he did a full build on. It is also pretty trick! I have been very fond of the 3rd Gens ever since high school...haha. Seen this clean car posted on CL so I had to jump on it. I will be sure to keep everyone updated! I should have more progress pics this coming week! Thanks!

Thanks for the kind words everyone!

That fab work is insane on your 3rd gen. Car is extremely clean and hope that it turns out as expected when done. I remember that magazine with the orange 3rd gen. That is real old school right there. Keep us posted with new pics.

Dude I swear I was going to comment that your car reminds me of the orange 3rd gen from Lowrider Euro back in the day. I ended up not posting it because I figured nobody would get the reference. So funny you mention that.

Haha Yeah that's the mag I snapped this pic from. But first mag I had seen it in was MiniTruckin' back when they featured import cars...

Some high quality work man. I usually try to talk people out of going that far on an older car, especially when it's not collectible, but when it's done right, it's just right! Looking forward to more pictures! 25 years old, and it just looks amazing!
