power coil problem

VE30DE engine im assuming with coilpacks?
first thing i would do is swap coils yet again, swap cylinder 1 & 2 out with 4 & 6. if 4 and 6 still miss, you know you didnt get bad coils.
second, you can read the ECU in the cabin for flashes for trouble codes. might get an actual fault, might just get multi misfire code. theres a few threads how to get it to flash codes

How are you checking the spark? A ole school timing light will work if you place the inductive pick up around the coil pack pigtail! It's the easy way of viewing what's firing and what's not! If 4 & 6 are still missing swap the spark plug next and if they're still missing you either have a compression issue or an injector issue!
