Man this are 5 pinned but only utilize 4 of them from my understanding...I would locate 2 or 3 in the junkyard first for pennies!
You're right... the 4 or 5 pin difference is not really the problem...
The thing is that apparently only the N61 MAF showed in the picture works propperly in my car... I have made a test changing the two MAFs... and the N60 (purple tag) makes the car work with a high CO measure on the exhaust fumes... and the faulty N61 (green tag) makes it work with lower a CO measurement by far...
So, I think I need to find a new N61 green tag MAF

That's cool that you know that...how did you come to that conclusion?
I went on nissanpartsdeal.com and entered the 22680-91E00 number shown in the photo above. The response was no part number found. It is probably a sub-assembly part number, perhaps before it is programmed.
The part number for 1989 through 1994 MAF is 22680-16V00 and has the notation "W/CAT". It is the same number for both the VG and VE engines.
All the 3rd gen MAFs I've seen end with N60 and the Z32 MAF ends with N62. According to your stats you live in Costa Rica so perhaps they have a different MAF. I don't really see why though, even if emissions are different there.
Can you give us some more background like how long you've had this car, what year it is, and when your problem started and why you think the MAF is bad? Are you certain there are no other problems with the car? Are you unable to find another Maxima (or perhaps other Nissan that happens to have the same MAF) in your area?
Perhaps you could try a U.S. ECU with the U.S. MAF (N60) or try the Z32 (or Infinity J30) N62 MAF with your ECU

Interesting... thank you for taking the time to look for it... and inderectly you have found something else to think about, that nitation "w/cat" tells me that the N60 MAF is made to be use in a MAXIMA with catalytic converter...
Mine is a 1992 maxima with a VG engine, 5 speed, but it's a diferent version of the "american specs", because my Maxima has not a catalytic converter and it does not have an O2 sensor on the exhaust. And it hasn't been altered. It has the stock set up on the exhaust system.
So, probably the N61 MAF that came with car is a sensor made to work with this version of the Maxima... That would explain why the N61 is able to low the CO values on the exhaust fumes.

I think the problem is the N60 MAF, because when the N61 is installed the CO values of the exhaust fumes are very low around 1%... and when the N60 MAF is installed the CO values go up untill 3% or 4%. In the same conditions, with no other changes in the car. So, I think The difference is related to the MAF.
I haven't been able to check any other Maxima with the same MAF, but I have spotted a couple that look like the same version than mine.
