fog lights

fog lights

if i where to buy after markey lights will it be possible to hook them so so that i could use the stock fog lights switch instead of putting in the new one?

yes

thats what i did. all you have to do is cut off the factory connector that plugs into the oem fogs and splice them together.

just cut and splice the wires and use connectors(Radio Shack has em) to make a solid connections then use electrical tape to keep it dry and then some wire loom for a little added protection!

These foglights that you guys spliced into the factory wires, did they come with a relay or does a relay not matter when you use the factory wires?

the factory wirirng should already have a relay, if I'm correct!

You will have to purchase a relay at any local auto parts store. If you look under your hood in one of the relay boxes you will see a spot labeled fog lights. You can also buy the factory switch from Nissan for like $10 and this will make your setup inside pretty easy and good looking. I bought some used factory SE fogs and put them on my car, it was so easy, the holes where already drilled, all i had to do was buy the lights and the brackets.
