are the ve ecu pinout different by years?
I have a 92 ve but i can only find a 94 fsm with ecu pinout. I compare my harness to diagram and my doesn't have pinout 38 which is throttle signal.
So does anyone have a pinout for a 92 ve? I have a safc i want to hook up but the only wire i can't find is throttle signal.

Are you sure you're looking at the harness correctly? As in, are you looking at it from the correct side (i.e., facing the harness vs imagining it from the "back" side)?
I don't think there would be differences in the pins at the actual ECU because I have run dozens of ECU's over the years from various VE's and they've all interchanged perfectly fine and ran/driven perfectly.
The only differences I've seen on ECU harnesses are the 92's have the different style AC compressor plug vs the 93 and 94.
