Rear-ended, where to go from here?

I got hit from behind and was wondering if it would be cheaper to buy a body kit or replace my bumpers (both have been damaged). If I got a bodykit it would almost have to be bumper replacement, if that is a possiblity. Thanks

Does anyone know where I can get the black peice that goes under the fogs? It makes it look a lot cleaner. I think that Craig has it but I am not sure...
