Crossover placement

Hey guys I know this is related to the Audio and Electronic forum but I wanted some 3rg gen specific responses.

Where do you guys have your crossovers for your componet sets up front? I am putting in my Kappa 5 1/4s this weekend and I was just curious.....

Mine are inside the door panels, wedged into a space that seems to be a perfect fit for them... Almost like they were made to go there

Mine are in a tupperware type container inside the doors. The container was glues to the "floor" inside the door. Hey, they don't overheat and they are waterproof now. Also, they don't move. No worries.

i would do something custom like cutting a hole the size of the crossover in the doors somewhere, but i dunno if you'd want to do any cutting...

No I don't really want to do any cutting...I am planning on trading the car in the coming months, so I am not even going to surface mount the tweeters. The only thing I was worried about was water getting in there, I guess I will figure it out this weekend when I get my doors off.
