Will a 2.5inc cat-back and y-pipe fit on my r/t free flow oem size cat- converter without any exhaust leaks or do i have to get a 2.5 cat as well.

Any good muffler shop can do this for you, if any leaks, take it back.

As long as the flanges are the same, you'll have no problem.. there will be a slight restriction right there, but it won't be that bad.. you can still get pretty good gains with that system.
