my sunroof only opoens about 8 inches and ive been told that it should go all the way.ive tried the search but i cant find anything on it. when it stops its like i just let off the switch but i dont think is binding up what could it be??

 

Check the sunroof shade itself, mine was binding and stopped the sunroof from going back all together.

 

i got it fixed i just unhooked the motor from the track and wound it untill it reset itself
