Getting some grinding up shifting and down shifting in 1 st and 2nd feels like the synchros are on there way out. What is the cheapest way do fix this or slow it's progression. Other than that she runs great. What can you tell me about torque steer?

For now, switch to Redline MTL. I did this and it made a HUGE difference. Depending on how bad the grinding is, it should help significantly. When the synchros do quit and the trans doesn't function any more, send it to Protech(search the web) They can rebuild the trans and install a fatty LSD for a relatively reasonable price.
