Hi, y'all. I'm new to this site, but not new to car sites. I have a '67 GTO so I'm always over at http://www.classicalpontiac.com. Anyway, we have 2000 Maxima and a '94 Maxima. The driver's side window regulator just failed on the '94. We will now have replaced all 4 regulators. Is this a common problem? Seems kinda statisically impossible for us to be the only ones, but you never know. Also, the digital readout on the radio doesn't work, even thought the radio still works. If you folks are like the Pontiac folks, I'm sure I'll get the advice I need. Thanks in advance.

yes it is a very common problem

check out http://www.kalebonline.com for more information on the window regulator issue. I've had to replace only 1 so far (knocking on particle board desk).

As far as the radio goes is it a bose or non bose radio??? either way you might be able to find a used one to replace yours with. Or you could just pick up an inexpensive aftermarket unit. There could be an easy fix to this i just don't know about
