Anyone know if KOYO brand radiators are good?
At radiator.com they told me that's the maker of the radiator they have for my Nissan. Not sure though if its a single or double core. I live in Florida so it seems double would be better.

Yes, they make high performance replacement radiators for 300zx's that are highly recommended..
