Hi, I know very little about cars but my 93 Maxima has been having two AC related problems:
1) The LCD AC display shows up _occassionaly_ but most of the time it does not turn on at all
2) When the AC is set to Auto, I can control how hard the air is blowing with the temperature controls, but the temperature of the air is always warm and does not cool down regardless of the temperature setting or how long I wait.

Any help/suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

d0es the temp change, when y0u d0 get the light t0 c0me 0n? als0 d0 y0u hear 0r feel the c0mpressr start t run? d0es the system start t0 devel0p fr0st 0n the metal line's in the engine c0mpartment? what d0 yu see in the sight gauge when y0u turn it 0n?

 

sight glass..no such thing as sight gauge..if you're going to rip off my info at least do it right.
